Swimming in the sea, Timmy the Turtle was never that fast. Timmy has to go to his first day of school tomorrow. As excited as he is, he has never been to school before.

The next morning as Timmy is sleeping, he hears his dad yelling," Timmy it's time for school, get up!" Timmy hopped right out of bed because he is very excited. He rushed to get breakfast and headed out the door.

As he arrived at school he saw many of his classmates swimming around. He hurried to class and saw his new teacher Mr.Sid the Squid. He went to sit by Jimmy and they started talking. The bell rang as Sparky sat next to Timmy.

Mr. Sid decided to have a race. The kids agreed. Mr. Sid yelled,"On your mark get set go!" As they reached the finish line, Timmy was last, and Sparky won the race.

As Timmy was upset, he began to cry. Timmy sobbed," If only I was faster I would be winning races all the time!"

Sparky swam over to as he started to make fun of him. Timmy was very upset. Jimmy swam over to Sparky, pushing him away and said," Leave my friend alone!"

The next day Mr.Sid asked Timmy if he wanted swimming lessons. Timmy got really excited. After school they started the swimming lessons.

Mr. Sid taught Timmy everyday after school for the next 2 weeks, and he was getting faster everyday.
