MATERİALS
1 Tablespoon of flour
2 glasses of yoghurt
1 egg
3 glasses of water
1cup boiled wheat
Salt, mint, chili pepper
FABRICATION
Put flour , yoghurt and egg in the pan and mix well with a whisk. Water is then added. ıt is mixed continuously until it boils. When it boils, baled wheat is added. Salt is added. It is cooked on low heat for another 15 minutes. Butter heated mint and hot pepper sauce is poured over it. Bon appeit.

MATERİALS
1 glasses of water milk
5 tablespoons of oatmeal
4 tablespoons of cocoa
1tablespoons of raisins
1 banana
5 dried apricots

FABRİCATİON
Put the milk and cocoa in the pot. Adding the oatmeal, we cook it by mixing it with a whisk on tnedium heat. when it gets dark, we cover the gold. we add honey and mix it to sweeten. we place banana stices, dried apricots and raisins on it. Bon Appe tit.

Recipe for Sweet rice with fruit
Ingredients:
250 g of rice
1 litre of milk
3 tablespoons of sugar
1 tablespoon of butter
fruit: raspberries, strawberries, syrup
Instructions:
Boil the milk with sugar.
add the rice and stir with the spoon. boil slowly for about 20 minutes.
Pour the hot rice into the bowls.
if you like add fresh fruit or some syrup on the top

Recipe for Banana semolina
Ingredients:
2 glasses of milk
6 tablespoons of semolina
1 tablespoon of sugar, vanilla sugar
a banana
Instructions:
Boil the mik with sugar
Add semolina and stir contantly. Boil on low heat for about 10 minutes
Mash the banana in a bowl, add hot semolina and mix
Eat When it is warm.

2)After the water boils, remove from the stove and slowly add the corn flour and mix with a wooden spoon.
3)Take the pot back to the stove and cook it on low heat until it becomes a slurry.
4) Take the cooked fudge on a serving plate and make holes in the middle with a wooden spoon.
5)After sprinkling melted butter on it, pour molasses over it and serve.

Turn on the heat and fry continuously for about 15 minutes until the semolina is browned.

MUSHROOM VEGETABLES RİCE PORRİDGE
Ingredents
2 cups of rice
Half a kilo of mushrooms
2 spoonful butter
2 green peppers
1 red pepper
1medium onion
1 teaspoon of thyme
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of chili pepper, salt
Mushroom and Vegetables Rice Porridge Recipe Preparation
First of oil, we soak our rice in hot water and wait. We take the onion and peppers that we chop in a soucepan wiht butter and start roasting them.
Then we add the mushrooms and continue the roating process. We also add the spices and mix them.
Then we add the rice that we soaked and washed, and roast it little more.
Finally we add chicken stock mix it one more round and close the lid. When the water is absorbed, we mix it and cover it with a towel of paper and wait for the rice to infuse. let's serve hot.
