Virgil's heart caught in his throat as he stared at Roman's limp body. A small puddle of blood steadily grew bigger underneath the fallen prince. Virgil turned with a snarl towards Deciet, who stood watching with a smirk. "What.Did.You.Do.To.Him." Deciet shrugged. "What does it look like?" The snake side cackled with a look of satisfaction in his eyes. "Looks like your prince can't save you now." Virgil wiped a few tears off of his cheek. "Well, unfortunately for you, there's no one here to save you either!" he hissed, lunging at the scaly liar. Just at that moment, Roman called out his name. "V-Virgil...don't...please..."

Virgil turned in shock. "R-Roman?" Roman let out a small groan then looked at Virgil, his eyes filled with pain. "Virgil..." Deciet took that moment to attack Virgil from behind, sending him across the room. Virgil collapsed onto the ground. "Roman...I have to get the others...I'll be back for you..I promise.." Virgil said, tears rolling down his cheeks. He let out a sob before teleporting away. Roman sighed and let out another small moan and closing his eyes. "Hurry Virgil..." Deciet rolled his eyes and smirked at Roman. "Your going to die Roman. Face it." The snake side let out a laugh and disappeared as well. Tears rolled down Roman's cheeks. "You...Liar..."

Virgil appeared in the living room. Trying to catch his breath, he let out another sob and ran to find Patton and Logan. "Patton? Logan? Help!" The two sides ran out of their bedrooms. "Virgil! What happened?!" Virgil started coughing. Patton gasped and ran over to him. "Virgil are you okay?" Virgil let out another sob. "I-It's R-Roman! He g-got stabbed b-by Deciet!" Patton's face immediately turned pale. Logan gasped. "Where is he?" Virgil grabbed their hands and teleported. "Roman, we're here!" Virgil gasped, running over to Roman. "R-Roman..." Roman let out a cough and groaned. "V-Virgil..thank heavens...OW!" The prince groaned as Logan started bandaging his wound. Patton held Roman's hand as Virgil sobbed into his shoulder. "Shh..it's ok kiddos...everything will be okay...I promise."

Logan finished bandaging Roman's wound and stood up. "We need to get him to a hospital somehow, and fast. This makeshift bandage won't work for long." Patton nodded. "Virgil, take his hand. I'll take his other one and we'll teleport him to the hospital. Virgil nodded, wiped his eyes, and stood up. He grabbed Roman's hand and gave it a hard squeeze. Patton took his other hand and the four sides disappeared. They reappeared in a hospital. Logan began to talk to a doctor. He nodded, and the doctor came over with a strecher. They lifted Roman onto it and the doctor pulled it into an empty room. Patton took Virgil's hand and walked out to the waiting room with Logan following behind. About half an hour later, the doctor came out. "I have the results..."
