Men usually fill the role of hunter, warrior, and provider of the family. This leads to men's attire to be mostly made of animal skin the protect the wearer. On special occasions, embroidered skirts are made with a rectangular cloth on the left shoulder with beaded necklaces.

Women also wear different clothing for different stages of life. A single young woman wears her hair short and only a short grass reed skirt with beads. While married woman cover their top half and grow their hair out to show that they're taken. Married woman wear thick animal skin that has been softened with charcoal and animal fat. Beaded bras and tunics are now popular.
