kente cloth origin


The kente cloth was made from the Ashanti people of Ghana. It's from 375 years ago from a village named Bonfire. According to the Legend, Kurugu and Ameyaw, two brothers from the village, went hunting and found`` a spider and it was spinning on a spider web and that's how it was created.
