In the Enchanted Kingdom of Avalor, there lives a happy and healthy family. The family consisted of Cinderella and her parents Lord and Lady Tremaine.

However, Lady Tremaine had died due to a mental illness that is unknown. Cinderella and Lord Tremaine had gotten close, but Lord Tremaine was in a depressed state of mind.

Cinderella's father, Lord Tremaine had found Madonna, a new woman who he fell in love with. Madonna became Cinderella's step-mother and had two daughters, Cinderella's new step-sisters Drizella and Anastasia.

Cinderella had now turned 17 years old and had been jealous of Anastasia and Drizella for trying to consider her father theirs. A while later, Lord Tremaine dies due to unknown causes. Leaving Cinderella alone with her step-mother and step-sisters.

Cinderella goes on a stroll, during this time she had crossed paths with a shady troll in the mystic forest. The troll offered her a medicine that would help her in the future when she dealt with problems with her step-sisters. Cinderella took the "medicine" just in case. *She knew that trolls could predict the future.

Cinderella comes home and hides the drug in a safe inside of her closet, before anyone notices.

The next day, there was a ring at the door. It was the Prince and his men to visit the family for the loss of Lord Tremaine and if the family was in need of anything.

Cinderella was immediately in a state of trance when she set her eyes on the Prince. However, she saw the look that he gave to Anastasia.

After the Prince left, Cinderella was boiled with anger and she knew she had to use the "medicine" given to her by the suspicious troll. She knew the outcome and wanted it to take place.
