A day of gymnastics

After a tiring day at school, I turn to my gymnastics classes in the Olympic Village

Upon arriving at the villa, my coach awaits me, and then we start with the warm-up, and then we start with the action

One of the training that I enjoy the most is the bar because I feel that we fly, this we hold the bar with both hands,

After a while of practicing bar, we jump, here we run with all our strength and jump as high as we can and make a turn in the air.

We continue with the floor and perform several of the exercises we practice individually.

Finally we finish with the bed practice that is the one I like the most, it's like a long trampoline, we make jumps and the flip and mortal, it's fascinating.

It's four hours of training from Monday to Friday, it's tired, but I really enjoy it, I love gymnastics.

And then after a long day of activities, I go to my house, to rest, that's how I tell you what my gymnastics day is about.
