There was once a rich boy named Jeffry who lived in a big mansion on top of the Shimmering Hill. He had so many maids and butlers by his side since his parents were always busy working abroad.

One morning in a living room, he bragged about how rich he is to his maids and butlers. He looked at them and boasted “My parents bought me two expensive toys from New Zealand and I know that you can’t own these”. All of them can only reply with a smile.

    “That’s true master. I could not afford those” said one voice out of sudden. All eyes were directed towards that voice. It was the voice of an old maid that has huge burn scars on her face and has a hunchback. His snobbish face turned sour the moment he realized that she was the one who answered him. 

How dare you stepped your foot in here?!

B-b-but I've finished cleaning the garden, master.

It doesn't mean that you can come here. Get out now!

“How dare you stepped your foot in here?! I’ve already told you that you can only work here if you follow my instructions. And I’ve instructed you to clean my garden this morning” said Jeffry angrily.

The old maid was shocked. “B-b-but I’ve finished cleaning the garden, master” stuttered her.

“It doesn’t mean that you can come here. Get out now!” shouted Jeffry. 

Why is there such an unsightly creature in my mansion?

The old maid apologized to Jeffry before entering the kitchen. Everyone in the living room could only watch the situation silently. They did not have the power to do anything. They knew their master despised the old maid. Every time he saw her, his mouth uttered “Why is there such an unsightly creature in my mansion?” Plus, he even throws away every food that she brings and will not take a single bite from it. But the old maid never took his words and actions deep into hearts and still treats him with respect.
