Jamie woke up to the sound of her alarm clock at 7 AM, her usual wake up time. She smiled as she looked out the window to see the sun shining through in the sky, she knew this was going to be a good day.

Jamie walked over to the large cage in the corner of her room and opened the gate. Out stepped her pet Tiger, Hotdog!

The first thing Jamie does every morning, after taking Hotdog out of his cage, is brushing her teeth. Jamie also brushes Hotdog's teeth! Teeth care is very important.

After brushing their teeth, Jamie and Hotdog get dressed! Jamie dresses Hotdog in his favorite shirt, and Jamie gets her raincoat on because it started raining outside.

Then, Jamie's Mom called the two down for breakfast. Jamie thinks breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and that's why she tries to eat healthy every morning.

Jamie makes sure to chew her food carefully and eat slowly to help with the digestion process. Hotdog also eats his food with caution. Eating slower is a good way to have a good relationship with food.

Now it's time for Jamie to pack her lunch. She makes sure to always pack healthy food so she will have energy for the whole school day.

After Jamie packs her fitness clothes for the day, it is time for Hotdog to say goodbye to Jamie before she heads off to school! Jamie is full of energy and is very excited to see all of her friends.
