Merhaba ben Mert. 9 yaşındayım. Arkadaşlarımı ve okulumu çok özledim. Çünkü bir süredir tüm dünyayı etkisi altına alan bir virüsle uğraşıyoruz. Bu yüzden okullar tatil. Annem, babam ve kardeşimle ev içinde oyunlar oynuyoruz fakat genede biraz canım sıkılıyor. Bugün aklıma öğretmenimin derste yaptırdığı origamiler geldi.

MERT'İN HAYALİ

Hello, I'm Mert. I am 9 years old. I miss my friends and my school. Because we have been dealing with a virus that has been affecting the whole world for a while. So schools are holidays. We play games at home with my mom, dad and brother, but in general I feel a bit bored. Today I thought about the origami we did in class with my teacher.

Gölün kenarında otururken suda birden baloncuklar gördüm. Sonra güzel mi güzel bir balık geldi yanıma. Önce biraz yüzüme baktı ve sağa sola gidip gelmeye başladı. Sanki o da gölde çok sıkılmış, oyun oynamak için birilerini arıyor gibiydi. Bende onu kırmadım ve onunla biraz oyun oynadım.

Balık mutlu bir şekilde suda kaybolurken birden bir sesle irkildim.Evet bu bir kurbağanın sesiydi ve hayatından çok memnundu.Çünkü insanlar eskisi gibi doğayı kirletmiyor ve hayvanlara zarar vermiyorlardı. Ama bu küçük kurbağa bazı sokak hayvanlarının zorda olduğunu bazen aç kaldığını bilmiyordu.

Kurbağa ve Mert konuşurken uzaktan yavru bir köpeğin geldiğini gördüler.Yeni bir oyun arkadaşı geldiği için mutlu olmuşlardı.Ama bu yavru köpek hiç mutlu görümüyordu. Merakla beklemeye başladılar.

Talking to the frog and Mert,they saw a puppy coming from a distance .They were happy that a new playmate had arrived.But the puppy didn't look happy at all.They began to wait curiously.

Zavallı köpek çok açtı çünkü günlerdir dışarıda gezmesine rağmen yiyecek hiçbir şey bulamamıştı. Mert ile oyun oynayacak gücü de yoktu. Mert köpeğin haline üzüldü ve yanındaki ekmek parçasını ona uzattı. Minik köpek ekmeği büyük bir iştahla yerken,aklına arkadaşı kedi Pamuk geldi. Sanki Mert'e onun da karnının aç olduğunu söylemek istercesine kuyruğunu sallıyor ve yerini göstermeye çalışıyordu.

The poor dog is so much cause, because he has been out there for days, and he has found nothing to eat. He did not have the power to play with Mert. Mert handed the dog's piece of bread to him. While the little dog eats the bread with great appetite, his friend cat Pamuk came to his mind. He was shaking his tail and trying to show his place as if to tell Mert that he was hungry too.

Mert, küçük köpeğin peşine takıldı. Onun bir şeyler anlatmak istediğini anlamıştı. Köpek onu arkadaşının yanına götürüyordu. Ormanın içinde koşarak ilerliyorlardı. Onların bu telaşını gören meraklı tilki saklandığı yerden çıktı. "Nereye gidiyorsunuz böyle koşarak?" diye sordu.

Mert was chasing the little dog. He understood that the dog wanted to say something.The dog was taking him to his friend. They were running around in the forest. The curious fox, who saw these rushes, came out of hiding place. "Where are you going running like this?" it asked.

Sizinle oynayacağız ve ormandaki tüm hayvanlara çikolatalı Paskalya yumurtaları getirmenize yardımcı olmaya karar verdik. Ama Bunny şöyle dedi: "Bu yıl bütün çocuklar ve hayvanlar virüs yüzünden evde kalmalı". Ama onları güldürmek için ne yapabiliriz diye düşünmeliyiz.

We are going to play with you, and decided to help you to bring chocolate Easter eggs to all the animals in the wood. But Bunny said : "This year all children and animals should stay at home, because of the virus". But we have to think what could we do to make them laugh.

So Bunny and all his friends decided to send all the children and homeless animals small presents.

They excitedly put the items, which they did not use, in their gift boxes with excitement and waited for them to be happy.

They put colorful dolls for girls and planes for boys in the gift packages. They believed that children would be very happy when they open their gift packages.

Hediye paketlerinden biri ,günlerdir annesi ve babasını göremeyen Eymen'e ulaşmıştı.Eymen'in annesi ve babası doktordu.Eymen'in sağlığı için , onu babannesine bırakmıslardı.Eymen onları çok özlüyordu.Hediye paketini açınca ,içinden bir uçak çıktı.Eymen uçağa binip anne ve babasının yanlarına uçtuğunu hayal etti

One of the gift packages had reached Eymen, who had not been able to see his mother and father for days.Eymen's mother and father were doctors.They left him to his grandmother for the health of the smelting.Eymen missed them very much.When I opened the gift package, an airplane came out of it.Eymen got on the plane and dreamed that he was flying near his parents.

Uçağına binip gökyüzüne havalanmıştı bile.Mert uçarken çok mutluydu.Gökyüzünde birçok buluta rastladı.Bulutlar sandığından çok daha büyüktü.İlerleyince karşısına gökkuşağı çıktı.Gökkuşağının parlak renkleri çok büyüleyiciydi.Gökkuşağının altından geçip uçmaya devam etti.

He got on the plane and he was in the sky. He was very happy while flying.In the sky he came across with a lot of cloud. Clouds were bigger than he thought. While he was going ahead, he saw a rainbow. Bright colours of rainbow were very fascinating. He passed under the rainbow and continued to fly.

Mert uçağın penceresinden aşağıya baktı. Aşağısının renk renk kelebeklerin bulunduğu bir yer olduğunu fark etti. Hemen uçağını aşağı indirmeye karar verdi. Göz açıp kapanıncaya kadar uçak kelebek diyarına indi. Rengarenk kelebekler birden Mert’in etrafını sardı. Virüsün olmadığı bu eşsiz diyarda kelebeklerle gönlünce koşmaya başladı. Kelebeklerin arasında olmak Mert’i çok mutlu etmişti.

Mert looked down the plane window. He realized that it was a place where colorful butterflies were found. He immediately decided to take his plane down. In the blink of an eye, the plane landed in the land of butterflies. Colorful butterflies swept around Mert. He started to run with butterflies in this unique land where there was no virus. Being among the butterflies made Mert very happy.

Mert okadar mutlu oldu ki kelebeklerle beraber dans etti , şarkılar söyledi.Hopladı , zıpladı ,kırlarda yuvarlandı.Kelebeklere baktıkça baktı.Onların çiçekten çiçeğe konmalarını izledi.Özgür olmak nekadar güzeldi.Ailesiyle beraber burada olup uçurtma uçurmak istedi.Uçurtmalarda gökyüzünde nekadar güzel süzülürdü.Uçurtmalar gibi özgür olmak...

Kuşlar geldi birden aklına.Rengarenk , cıvıl cıvıl sesleri...

Mert was so happy that she danced with butterflies and sang songs.Bounced , jumped , roolled in the countryside.He looked a he looked at the butterflies.Watched them shed flow from flowers to flower.How beautiful it was to be free .He wanted to fly kite here with his family.How beautiful the kites would float in the sky.To be free like kites...

Mert 'in ileride bir ağaç dikkatini çekti. Ağaçtan çok güzel bir melodi geliyordu.Ağaca doğru koştu ve ne görsün . Kanaryalar sanki bir ağızdan şarkı söylüyorlardı. Mert bu güzel melodiye kendini kaptırmış dans ediyor , eğleniyordu.Doğanın güzelliğine ve kuşların seslerine hayran kaldı.

A tree caught the attention of Mert in the future. A very beautiful melody was coming from the tree. He ran towards the tree and see what see you. The canaries were singing as if by mouth. Mert was immersed in this beautiful melody dancing and having fun .Fascinated by the beauty of nature and the sounds of the bird.

Birden yağmur başladı. Göletten kurbağa sesleri geliyordu. Kurbağalara merhaba dedi. Güneş tekrar yüzünü gösterdi. Renklerin tüm güzelliğiyle kendini doğaya sunduğu gökkuşağı çıktı. Önünde rengarenk çiçeklerle kaplanmış bir kır duruyordu. Bu çiçeklerden bir buket yapıp annesine götürmeye karar verdi.

Suddenly the rain started. Frog sounds were coming from the pond. "Hello" he said to the frogs. The sun showed her face again. The rainbow, which presents itself to nature with all the beauty of the colors, came out. A prairie covered with colorful flowers stood before him. He decided to make a bouquet of these flowers and take them to his mother.

Tek tek tüm ciceklerden toplayıp bir buket hazırladı Mert. Virüs dolayısıyla geçirdiğimiz bu zorlu süreçte bu buket annesi için çok hoş bir sürpriz olacak diye düşündü. Ardından hemen eve gitti annesine sarıldı ve "Anneciğim Seni çok ama çok seviyorum" dedi. Annesi çok duygulanmisti.Mert'e sımsıkı sarılıp" Ben de seni canım oğlum" dedi ve o anda Mert bu sabahki uykusundan yüzünde bir gülümsemeyle uyandı.

AYCA ÜSTÜN

Mert gathered all the flowers one by one and prepared a bouquet. He thought that this bouquet will be a very pleasant surprise for his mother in this difficult process due to the virus. Then he immediately went home and hugged his mother and said, "Mom, I love you very, very much." Her mother was very emotional. She hugged her tightly and said, "Me too, my dear son," and at that moment Mert woke up from his sleep this morning with a smile on his face.

 AYCA ÜSTÜN

Mert uykusundan uyandığında baş ucunda bir uğur böceği origamisi gördü. Onun oraya nasıl geldiğini anlayamadı. Hemen annesine koştu ve origamiyi ona sordu. Annesi bilmediğini söyledi. Sonra Mert kardeşine sordu. Kardeşi ise uğur böceği origamisini onlara uğur getirmesi için yaptığını söyledi. Mert çok mutlu oldu ve kardeşine teşekkür etti. Mert ve kardeşi artık virüsten kurtulmayı ve arkadaşları ve akrabalarına kavuşmayı umuyordu. Bu umutla Mert ve kardeşi "uç uç uğur böceği" diyerek uğur böceğiyle oynadılar.

When Mert got up, he saw a ladybird made from an origami. He didn't understand how it came there. Immediately, he ran his mother and asked about that origami. She said that she didn't know. Then Mert asked to his brother. His bother said that he made that ladybird origami to believe that origami would bring the chance to them. Mert became happy and thanked to his brother. Mert and his brother hoped to get rid of that virus and meet with their friends and relatives. Hopefully, they played with the ladybird by saying "fly-fly-ladybird".

Mert ve kardeşi odalarında oynamaya başladı. Kavuşacağı güzel günlerin özlemiyle camdan bakan Mert’in dikkatini bir bisiklet çekti. İki kardeş göz göze geldiler. Mert:

-Virüs bitince İlk işimiz bisikletimize binip özgürce ormanda dolaşmak olsun, dedi.

Bu fikir kardeşinin de hoşuna gitmişti. Daha sonra birlikte kurdukları hayallerinin resmini yaparak odalarına astılar. Güzel günlerin gelmesini sabırla evlerinde beklemeye devam ettiler.

Mert and his brother started playing. A bicycle caught the attention of Mert, who looks out of the window with the longing for the beautiful days he will meet. 

The two brothers came eye to eye. Mert says: When the virus has gone, our first job is to get on our bike and walk freely in the woods, he said. 

His brother also liked this idea. Later, they made a picture of their dreams and hung them in their rooms. They continued to wait patiently in their homes for having those nice days again
