Conscious effort through evaluating the
new
deterministic SEIRUS model is done to reduce the reproductive number (R0) to
zero for a possible halt of the spread of the disease thereby leading to an endemic equilibrium to eradicate the disease in a later time in the future.
For example; For a disease with an R0 value of 4, when an individual with the disease comes into contact with a society that has not yet met the disease, an average of 4 people will infect this disease.

However, in a society, not all individuals are always sensitive to the disease, there are also those who are immune. In this case, in the diffusion dynamics of the disease, the effective number of reproduction (Reff) is mentioned.
It is obtained by multiplying the proportion of susceptible individuals (1-P) with the basic multiplication coefficient of the disease (R0) in a community with immune individuals at a certain rate (P) against any infectious disease.

Reff = (1-P) R0
In order for its infectious diseases to survive in a society, the effective reproduction number (Reff) must be equal to 1. In other words, the individual carrying the disease should infect at least one other person, so that this disease can be endemic in that society.
If Reff is greater than 1, an outbreak should be expected in the community. In cases where reff value is less than 1 (Reff <1), that disease will gradually disappear in the community.

Therefore, it is aimed to make the Reff value less than 1 by immunization. By expressing this concept mathematically, it is possible to find out how much (P) immunization should be done in the society to prevent an infectious disease from creating an epidemic. This rate is called "Social Immune Threshold".

As seen in this modeling, R0 value in outbreaks can be easily changed by region, geographical situation, cultural values, social relations, vaccination, and good preventive medicine practices. Except where the epidemic originated, it mostly reduced its speed in other geographies.

There is a great accumulation of science in the face of outbreaks. The coronavirus will also be defeated somehow. Then, of course, there will be lessons we need to learn from this epidemic.
As a result, it is possible to better understand epidemic diseases and fight against vaccination thanks to mathematical modeling.

Wash your hands for 20 seconds
states that the most effective ways to prevent coronavirus are effective. You do not need to use soap with antiseptic or antibacterial, normal soap will be enough. Use alcohol-based hand antiseptics for the preference of water and soap.
Your hands thoroughly with plenty of soapy water

Dr. Chest Diseases Specialist who warned that the products used in hand hygiene should contain a minimum of 60 percent alcohol for disinfectant properties. Gamze Uçar emphasized that cologs containing 80-90 percent alcohol in addition to hand antiseptics are also effective in hand hygiene. Therefore, it is very important to wash your hands thoroughly with plenty of soapy water.

air for 3 hours
Droplets that spread around with coughs or sneezes can hang in the air for 3 hours. For this reason, avoid being in crowded environments, if necessary, cover your mouth and nose. Do not shake, hug, and kiss to greet. Chest Diseases Specialist Gamze Uçar also points out that you should make it a habit to stay at least 3-4 steps (1.5 meters) away when communicating with people.

Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces and objects, such as doorknobs.

COVID-19 can remain on plastic and stainless steel surfaces for up to about 3 days and less than that for other types of surfaces. This will depend on the surface.
If surfaces look visibly dirty, they should be cleaned first. It’s best to use a disinfectant.
