We have to take care of nature.We can do it many ways.But the important thing is we do it.Because if we don't,trees will die,animals too,and then us.I don't wanna be dramatic because we can stop it.In this book I'll show you all the things we can do,and I hope you are aware and help as much as you can.But anyway I don't  wanna scare you,because 

    we can stop it

           I'm not kidding 

Now I'll show you the three R's,the key for saving our planet.

In the food chain,the grass makes it's own food by photosynthesis.Then,the bunny eats the grass,the fox eats the bunny,and when the fox dies,fungi eats it.But what if we pollute the air too much and the grass dies?Then the bunny dies because it can't eat the grass the fox dies because it can't eat the bunny and also does the fungi.But we eat all of them,the grass,the bunny,the fox and sometimes the fungi.So? We die too.That's why we have to protect our ecosystems.

                     reuse

Reuse means using things again and again.Don't confuse it with recycle.We can reuse by making toys out of old clothes,making flowerpots out of yogurt packaging,and,in general,making your own things with second hand material.This is very easy-you can even reuse leftovers!you've just got to use earthworms to transform it into fertilizer and throw it to your garden.

                   reduce

This means using just the strictly necessary things.

For example,when you go out of a room,turn the lights off,when you are washing your hands or brushing your teeth,close the tap.If you can,use renewable energy,and don't waste just because you are lazy.This is very important because sometimes we go out of a room and think:'I should turn off the lights,but it would be way easier to don't do it' Well I say     WE CAN STOP IT

Recycling consists in,when we've used materials, putting them in the correct  bin so people can use it to make new things and we don't have to use new materials and exploit more resources.

There are many recycle bins.

Green: glass Orange: things that we can't recycle

Yellow: plastic and metal Black: general trash

Blue: paper and paperboard

Brown: leftovers and food rests
