Dedicated to all the endangered

(Based on the Aborigine myth about
Tiddalik the giant frog)

Once upon a time, there was a giant pelican called Pelly.

It was a very hot day and Pelly the Pelican was very thirsty! So, she started drinking the lake water.

...and she drank and drank and drank ...until she...
...dried up the whole lake!!

The wise owl asked all the animals of the valley to gather for the animal council and find a solution to this big problem.

The owl said:
"If we make Pelly the Pelican laugh, she will open her mouth and the lake waters will come out. Then, there will be enough water for everyone!"

"Browny" the bear answered:
"OK wise owl,
that's a great idea!"
and all the other
animals agreed.

"Kri-kri" the wild goat started walking on two feet

"Ferry" the ferret started telling his funniest story but Pelly was still serious and quiet...

"Wolfy" the wolf started dancing his craziest dance but Pelly remained silent....
