Exercise
Exercise is an important part of both your physical and mental strength. Exercise keeps your mind off of the things that stress you out and lets you focus on a different topic. Exercise also lowers the body's stress hormones.

Eating healthy
Eating healthy can reduce stress because complex carbs release chemicals in your brain that will lower your stress levels. Also, if you're like me, then eating can just make you happy.

Getting Good Sleep
Getting a good night's sleep can help your body more than physically. When you're tire, you're more likely to succumb to stress instead of tough it out. Plus, a good night's sleep makes you feel more capable in the mornings.

Talk It Out
One of the best ways to reduce your stress is to just talk about it to someone you trust. Sometimes that's all it takes. And most of the times they are going to try and help you to get through it together, which will also take some pressure off of you.

Take A Step Back
A lot of times the most important thing you can do when you are under all of this stress is to just accept that you can't do anything about some of it. Once you realize that it isn't all your fault, it gets much easier on you.

Try Meditation
Meditation is one of the best ways to lower your stress levels because it calms you down and lets you think about everything clearly, and most of the time that's all you really need to do.
