Water, Soil and Air went to Şehit Ahmet Akyol Primary School in Adapazarı district of Sakarya to meet with the other partner. 2-H classroom teacher Gönül Ekşi and project team captain Curious welcomed them at the school gate. After the greeting, the robots asked what the problem was in their province.






Curious: Special species in Acarlar Longozu in Sakarya are disappearing due to climate change.

Our teacher took us to the recycling facilities for an environmental inspection trip. We were very surprised to see plastic, glass and paper waste piles with Ecrin.

Dilek Özgür: Hello Dear friends. Welcome to our school. Global Warming and Climate Change pose a great danger for our World.We, with our students, first watched videos about “Causes of Climate Change and Global Warming” and discussed the reasons.Then, we watched videos about what to do to prevent “Climate Change and Global Warming Damages to Our World” and discussed the solutions.
We prepared pictures and brochures on the subject. We created a board at the school and made informative works for students.
With the idea of what we can do with our students at our school, we have brought recycling boxes to our school so that students can sort the waste.
Thus, we tried to do our best towards big solutions by taking small steps.
