Hi, I am Clyde and I will be telling you my life story. I am an alaskan malamute. I am basically just a husky with wavy and long fur. I am also a purebred dog. My life has been interesting and there has been lots of adventures. I am a unique breed of dog and I have a great family.

Now I will begin my story.

When I was born

When my mother had puppies it was pretty scary for her. I was the first puppy to come out and then my brother Pablo. We were up in alaska when my mother had puppies. My mothers name was Lola and my fathers name was Blaze. When we got out a giant metal bird flew up to us and humans put us in. Lola and Blaze didn't come in the bird with us and Iv'e never seen them since that time. All my brothers were in the bird with me. When I got out I felt dizzy and was in a cage. I could hear other dogs barking. That is the end of the chapter.

At the Kennel

I was trapped in a small cage with dogs barking everywhere. I felt scared and sad at the same time. In my cage I had a dog bed, a rug and some toys. Why would they do this to all these poor dogs. I wish I was back with Lola and Blaze. I didn't get to meet my brothers, sisters and not even my parents! I just sat on the rug and put my head down. Suddenly, a human walked into my cage and poured some little pellets into my bowl. I tried eating them and they tasted pretty good. The same thing happened each day.

Getting Adopted

Iv'e tracked the days I have been at the kennel. Its been 15 days! I want to do something fun. I have made a friend beside me and his name is Lucky. Lucky is a yorkshire terrier. Suddenly, one of the workers Pete walks over to my cage. He says: "Good news Clyde! Your getting adopted!". What does that mean? I hope its good. Then a whole family comes to my cage. They open the door and then a boy picks me up. He says: "Hi Clyde! We are the millers." This boy is friendly I like him. "We will be taking you home." He says.
