Hello everyone!
My name is Clarisa Urquilla and today i want to let you know a Little about my favorite food, i will describe my favorite food from the starter to the dessert. Let´s start!.

MY FAVORITE STARTER:
PUMPKIN AND TOMATO SOUP
Pumpkin and tomato soup is a great and delicious soup, firts of all beacuse its a healthy food and you can eat it without fear of damaging your health, you ask, how much money and time will it take you to prepare the recipe? And the answer is that it is not an expensive recipe because it is easy and simple to make and for that reason I love it.
The ingredients to prepare it are the following:
1 medium onion cut into slices, 1½ tablespoon olive oil, 600 grams pumpkin in small cubes, 600 grams tomato in cubes, 1 cup water, 1 pinch of sugar, salt and pepper.
in 15 minutes it's ready!
MY FAVORITE MAIN COURSE:
CHICKEN BREASTS
One of my favorite foods will always be chicken breasts because they are very tasty. How many portions of chicken breasts could I eat? well i must admit i only eat 7 but i always accompany them with orange juice.
The ingredients to prepare it are the following:
4 small chicken breasts, 4 slices of bread, 80 ml of extra virgin olive oil, 60 ml of lemon juice, 1 lemon zest, 1 clove of finely grated garlic, 1 teaspoon of dried oregano, 1 teaspoon of chili flaked, romaine lettuce to taste, ground black pepper and salt.

MY FAVORITE DESSERT:
CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
Chocolate cookies are not good for your health but they taste good and that is why we should only eat a few.
The ingredients to prepare it are the following:
2 cups of Flour, 2 units of Eggs, 1 cup of chocolate chips, 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of Butter, 1 teaspoon baking powder.

My favorite starter
Shrimp cocktail
The shrimp cocktail is a delicious appetizer that we can enjoy at any time and its preparation is easy.
Ingredients: Shrimp, avocado, tomato, onion, chili pepper, garlic, coriander, water, lemons, salt and tomato sauce. First we measure how many pounds we will use in shrimp and with two garlic and half an onion, then we cut the tomato into small pieces and the other ingredients to make the chirmol then in a container we place everything and add the tomato sauce, the shrimp and the chirmol mixing everything.

My favorite main course
This is my favorite main dish because of its incredible flavor.
Ingredients: chicken breast, ham, yellow cheese, flour, 2 eggs, bread, oil, salt and pepper.
The first step is to season the chicken fillets, then we cover one of the fillets with the cheese. On top we put a slice of cooked ham and cover with another portion of chicken we must take care that it does not fall apart, we pass it through flour, then through beaten egg, we add a little salt and a lot of pepper, to finish we fry it in plenty of oil.
