Lilly loves cooking & baking along with her older sister. She loves to pretend to be a famous chef, baking new recipes, and impressing her parents, with the food she prepares.

Unlike all the other girls in her class she spends her free time either reading a cook book, or  gathering new recipes to try on later.

It was a Saturday morning, Lilly's parents had already left for work, and Lilly was stuck at home with her sister, and their pet cat Fuzly, with nothing to do.

So they decided to surprise their parents, when they come home, with an Oreo cheesecake, a recipe that Lilly wanted to try for so long! 

First, Lilly went to the public store nearby her home, with her sister to buy the ingredients for the recipe.

She searched through the store to find a can of whipped cream and a large pack of Oreos, while her sister bought a bag of powdered sugar, one package of cream cheese, a stick of unsalted butter and a bottle of vanilla extract.

After coming home, Lilly then measured all the ingredients for her recipe.

Her sister melted the butter from the stove top, while she separated the cream and the cookies, and crushed the cookies by hand.

Then they mixed the melted butter with the crushed oreos and pressed it down as a crust into a large tray.
