A long time ago, in a very distant village lived the Letto family, made up of the three brothers Laura, Fernando, Lui and their grandfather. They had a great fortune thanks to the prosperity of their lands.

The grandfather was known for the great kindness of his heart, always ready to help others, but one day he fell ill and soon after he died leaving the business in the hands of the three brothers.

Lui was the oldest of the 3 siblings and took over the management of his grandfather's prosperous company. As time went by, his heart filled with greed, forgetting all the values instilled by his grandfather, he wanted more and more.

He started by laying off 30% of the business's employees -with this, there was more money for him- the day laborers who remained were forced to double their working hours, therefore, they were always tired, which generated decrease in production.
