It's a crisp autumn day. Did you know autumn is one of the four seasons? 

A season is a time of the year known for a special climate or weather.

Watching the neighborhood kids pick apples and pumpkins at the orchard across the street makes Leafie smile.

Leafie's favorite part about autumn is how the cool air turns him into a pretty shade of orange.

"Mama, I am upset that winter is coming" says Leafie.

It is Leafie's first time falling from the tree! He feels nervous and isn't sure if he will like the cold.

When it gets cold outside, Mama Leaf and Leafie fall from the tree and go to take shelter under a bush for the winter.

Winter has cold weather that brings snow. Day light is short.

They love to drink hot cocoa! Leafie feels nervous while learning how to ice skate.
