Once upon a time, while I was laying down, feet propped up, sipping on my coffee, I hear a strange noise. I don't get up right away. I hear it getting louder and louder so I go check on my 3-year-old son, Joshua.
"Joshuaaa," I call out. I soon think to myself that he isn't able to communicate back understandable words to me. I dash out of my chair and run to Josh's room.
When I opened his door I peeked in and the noise I heard was pee. I was in a rage, but his smile made me giggle just a bit. Joshua just peed on my new carpet! I'm tired of Josh's peeing, I need to potty train him ASAP!
I pick him up and run towards the bathroom and sit him right on the pot. "Joshua, stay right here until I get back okay?" I leave the door open and go clean the pee mess he left on my carpet.
After what felt like hours of cleaning up I go back to the bathroom. "JOSHUA!" I cried out. Josh had peed all over the floor once again.
I sighed, I almost wanted to cry! But I didn't. I cleaned everything up, got Joshua in the bath, and started doing some research on how to potty train.
I researched all night until I finally came upon a training guide. I read through it and started making a plan on how to potty train Josh tomorrow. Once I came up with a plan, I went straight to bed ready for the morning.
After an amazing night's rest, I get up and head to Josh's room. "Goodmorning Josh, ready to learn how to aim at the toilet and not my carpet?" Josh let out a little giggle as if he understood me.
