After migrating to the United States some Ghanaians love to eat cheesebugers, pasta, and chicken tacos.

In Ghana, the typical meal pattern is only breakfast and lunch.
In the United States the Ghanaians eat 3 to 4 meals a day, which include breakfast, lunch, and dinner.



Worldview
Ghana's worldview is based on native traditions with art which brings out rich and vibrant individuals.
The worldview after the United States migration is a major change for Ghanaians. They are still vibrant however, they are now adjusting to the new atmosphere.

In Ghana, the Ghanaians rely on traditional health care rather then going to the medical facility for minor health effects.
In the United States the Ghanaians are more prone to seek help or guidance from a health specialist even with minor health effects.
