Welcome to Winter City, an icicle-filled, frosty land where snow people like to play in the snow and go sledding.

All of the snow people wear special scarves that keep them from melting when they see the sun.

On Sunday night, all of the snow children were looking outside their frosty windows to see how much snow was falling. Everyone got excited when they heard the phone ring, school was cancelled!

should this scene be outside or shoud it be inside with a phone ringing?
The next day, all the snow children slept in and woke up to see lots of snow. “Let’s go play in the snow! Let’s go sledding, let’s build an igloo!” Jack said to his sister Joy.

I think the background should be a room inside the house and maybe them looking out the window.
Nicholas, who lived near Jack and Joy, saw them run outside and screamed, “It’s time to play!”

Holly saw the three kids playing, and asked, “Can I play too?” “Yeah, why not?” Nicholas said. They all agreed to have a snowball fight.

The snow kids split into teams based off of their scarf colors. Holly was on her own because she had a purple scarf while everyone else had a yellow scarf.

“READY, SET, SNOW!” The snowball fight began and as it continued, some of the kids began to tease Holly for having a different scarf color. Holly felt sad after hearing all of the hurtful comments.

A few of the snow people in the park started to notice that Holly was being made fun of. “You can’t beat us on your own!” they heard Jack shout.

You can't beat us on your own!
Do we want the word bubble or no? And do we need other snowpeople coming into the book here...

Holly was frustrated and threw a snowball hard at the other team. Jack yelled at Holly, “What was that for?

Both teams break out into a full on snowball fight! Other snow people start to walk over to stop the fight.
