This book is dedicated to my Grandchildren Stefania and Emma. When my granddaughters

asked me if they could make popsicles, I told them "Sure, why don't you create your own  recipe?" They did a good job, and the popsicles tasted delicious, inspiring me to write their recipe into a book.

This way, they could keep it as a keepsake and share it with their family and friends.
