This book is about non-verbal communication. Here we will find out how people communicate through signs

Non-verbal communication is communication which does not use words and through which it express feelings, emotions, attitudes. Even without words, we communicate through what we do: how we stand or how we walk, as we shrug or do a gesture, how we dress, how we drive a car or we sit at the desk, each ofthese having a meaning and communicating an idea.
TYPES OF NON-VERBAL COMMUNICATION:
non-verbal communication, called sensory, because it is based on what
we receive with the help of the senses of sight, hearing, smell, touch and taste;
aesthetic non-verbal communication (painting, music, dance, image, etc.) that has
place through different forms of artistic expression and communicate differently
artistic emotions;
non-verbal communication based on the use of signs (flags, badges,
uniforms, etc.) and specific symbols, such as those related to religion
BODY LANGUAGE
The human body speaks and sometimes says more than the mouth. Some gestures are innate: happy people smile, angry people have a sad face.
Body position gives us useful information about the willingness of the interlocutor to communicate. In practice we often encounter four basic positions:
Mimicry is another relevant component of body language.

Gestures, on the other hand, give us equally important clues about the personality of the interlocutor, his mood.
How do we learn to decipher all gestures? This is only possible through training.
