I'm Little Wolf from the Cheyenne tribe and I live with my family.

We live with the rest of the tribe on our land.

One day some Americans started pushing us off of our land to use it for themselves.

We moved somewhere else, but after a few months, they made us move off of our land again so we had to live on a reserve.

By that time my family and tribe were tired of moving, so we decided to fight.

We got ready with our spears and arrows to try and fight off the Americans.

We fought in the battle of little bighorn and won by defeating all of the soldiers in the troop.

After that victory, we heard about the wounded knee massacre and went back to the reserve until we could find some small land to settle on.
