Μια φορά κι έναν καιρό ήταν ένα δάσος μακρινό, γεμάτο δέντρα μεγάλα και ψηλά που νόμιζες ότι έφταναν μέχρι τον ουρανό. Όλα κυλούσαν όμορφα και ήρεμα, ώσπου μια ημέρα έκανε την εμφάνιση του ο αγέρας, πελώριος και δυνατός και κατατρόμαξέ τους πάντες.

Once upon a time was a forest full of big and high trees. The trees were so high from the earth to sky. Everything was wonderful and calmly until the day that appeared a strong wind that scared anyone in the forest. 

Άνοιξε το στόμα του και άρχισε να φυσάει δυνατά. Φφφφφφ φύσηξε δυνατά... Φφφφφ

 Ξαναφύσηξε δυνατά και έτρεμε η γη από το μουγκρητό του. 

The wind opened his mouth and blew …..ffffssss....... 

Τα δέντρα νόμιζαν ότι θα ξεριζωθούν από το χώμα, ώσπου ένα σύννεφο από φύλλα μαζεύτηκε πάνω από τα δέντρα. Φύλλα κόκκινα, κίτρινα, καφέ σχημάτισαν ένα ουράνιο τόξο, το ουράνιο τόξο του φθινοπώρου.

Then he blew one more time so strong that the trees thought they would be uprooted from the soil.

A cloud of red, yellow, brown leaves formed an autumn rainbow.....

Ο αέρας συνέχισε να φυσάει δυνατά και το ουράνιο τόξο από κόκκινα, κίτρινα, καφέ και πορτοκαλί φύλλα ξεκίνησε να ταξιδεύει προς μια μικρή πόλη.

The wind kept blowing really hard and the rainbow of red, yellow, brown and orange leaves started traveling towards a small town.

Ξαφνικά ο αέρας σταμάτησε και τα φύλλα πέσανε κάτω. Όλη η πόλη γέμισε με φύλλα. Υπήρχαν φύλλα στους δρόμους, στα πεζοδρόμια, στις αυλές, στο χώμα, στις σκεπές, στα αμάξια, ακόμα και πάνω στα κεφάλια των ανθρώπων. 

Suddenly, the wind stopped and the leaves fell down. The whole town was covered in leaves. There were leaves on the streets, the pavements, the yards, the ground, the rooftops, the carsand even on people's heads.  

Οι άνθρωποι ενθουσιάστηκαν με τα πολύχρωμα φύλλα και άρχισαν να τα μαζεύουν. Και τότε τους ήρθε μια ιδέα, να φτιάξουνε με τα φύλλα ένα κάστρο, μια πυραμίδα και ένα βουνό. Μόλις τελείωσαν, τα θαύμασαν γιατί ήταν πολύ όμορφα. 

The people were very excited about the leaves and they started gathering them. And then they had an idea, to build a castle, a pyramid and a mountain using the leaves. Once they were done,  they admired their works because they were beautiful. (KINDERGARDEN OF ALISTRATI)

Ξαφνικά μια πορτα από την πυραμίδα άνοιξε. Ένας Φαραώ βγήκε από μέσα. Κοίταξε τριγύρω και είπε: Τί όμορφο μέρος!!!Θέλω να ζήσω εδώ για πάντα...

Suddenly a door from the pyramid opened. A Pharaoh came out from inside. He looked around and said: What a beautiful place !!! I want to live here forever ...

Μετά άνοιξε μια πόρτα από το κάστρο. Ένας βασιλιάς βγήκε έξω με κορώνα στο κεφάλι και είπε στο Φαραώ: Καλημέρα, είμαι ο νέος σου γείτονας.

Then a door opened from the castle. A king came out with a crown on his head and said to Pharaoh: Good morning, I am your new neighbor.

Αμέσως μετά άνοιξε μια πόρτα από το βουνό και από μέσα βγήκε ο Αλή Μπαμπά και οι 40 κλέφτες.

Immediately after, a door opened from the mountain and Ali Baba and the 40 thieves came out.

Ένα μολυβένιο σύννεφο στάθηκε από πάνω τους και άρχισε μια σιγανή φθινοπωρινή βροχή. Ο δρόμος γέμισε μικρά σαλιγκαράκια που πήγαιναν...

A lead cloud stood over them and a light autumn rain began. The road was filled with small snails that were going ...

The snails started to draw an autumn picture on the road with the marks they made while it was raining. From the king's castle, the pyramid of the Pharaoh, Ali Baba and the 40 thieves from the mountains began to watch the snails with curiosity. 

Pictures of snails glowed with sunbeams when the rain stopped. Pharaoh, King, Ali Baba and forty thieves liked this picture very much. Their forests were shining bright now.

Ο Φαραώ και ο Βασιλιάς αποφάσισαν να ακολουθήσουν τα σαλιγκάρια  στο μικρό τους ταξίδι. Συνέχισαν σ  ένα φωτεινό δρομάκι που οδηγούσε στο παλάτι της πριγκίπισσας του Φθινοπώρου.

The Pharaoh and the King decided to follow the snails on their little journey. They continued in a bright alley leading to the Palace of the Princess of Autumn.
