I was on one of the business trips with my partner, that became boring due to the fact that they happen often. We had a business meeting with one of the largest and renowned companies in Shanghai, China. I wanted to take a break from work and visit the touristic and historical places of this beautiful city. 

We made a promise to each other to meet the next day. I couldn’t get up early in the morning because I went to bed late at night. The next morning, I walked down to the breakfast hall which adorned the hotel with a wonderful smell. International breakfasts were also served, along with Chinese specialties like, Chinese noodle, pancakes with fresh onions and delicious Chinese herbal teas. While I was tasting the croissant with my Chinese tea my partner appeared at the door. 

He had a pamphlet in his hand. Should we go here? He asked. The tallest building of Shanghai was seen on the front page.

I have been to many places and seen so many amazing things but I should admit that Shanghai Tower which is in China was one of the most incredible ones . It has 127 floors! When I saw the building, my jaw dropped it was so high. There was our tour guide which told us that it has been built by four architects and it has taken 7 years of construction. It is 632 meters which makes it the second tallest building and third tallest structure in the entire world. And it also has the worlds fastest elevator, too. Which was scary for me to go upper floors with it. Like they said, it was really fast that we were on the highest floor in seconds.It was incredible to experience and seeing a building like that. I hope I can go to see it again.

Secondly, we wanted to go to the Great Wall of China. We were on the road and had a long journey. It was bigger and taller than I thought. We had a lot of fun but we got very tired. That day we would go to the hotel to rest and the next day we would go to another country, namely Dubai. We had landed in Dubai. We were excited to see the new hotel. We were in a very nice room. After settling down, we wanted to take a tour and we would go to Dubai's largest building, the Burj Khalifa

After that,we decided to go to the longest building in the world,Burj Khalifa.When I saw the building I got shocked. 828 meters!It was so tall.It had 160 floors and a few elevators.We used the stairs to reach the top of the building.We had a lot of fun.Also we were so tired.We  went to the hotel.I was so excited for tomorrow.We are going to see the Pisa Tower. We need to have a good sleep. We packed up our suitcases and get into our bed.

The next day we decided we would take a tour of one of Italy’s most famous tourist locations, the Tower of Pisa. When we got there we were stunned by its beautiful architecture. Our tour guide told us that it was designed by Bonanno Pisano back in the 12th century. The structure towered over us with its great height of 56 meters. The tour guide clarified that it was not originally in the architect’s intentions for the tower to be leaning. They also explained that the tower started leaning around the 12th century due to soft ground and gradually worsened towards the end of the construction. Towards the end of the day we were exhausted and started our trip back to the hotel we were staying at. Once we arrived, we both dropped onto our respective beds and fell into a deep slumber.
