Chapter 1

              Princess Lavender

Hi! I'm Lavender and I'm a princess. I'm 8 years old and my birthday is on August 4 2012. I have 2 siblings, Lily she is the oldest sibling, she is 10 years old. My other sibling is Liam, he is the youngest sibling he is 6 years old. My parents' names are Lisa and Luis, but I call them "Mom" and "Dad". Back to me, I really love drawing and playing " Wands and Fairies" with my family.

It's the next day and I got mail today! Did you like the drawing I made?  My brother made the dinosaur. I honestly think we did a pretty good job! Anyways in 4 days I have a school play! I got a envelope from the mail and it looks like I got the part to be the "Princess", I was so happy! If you didn't know this about me but I'm a princess, and I'm playing a part in the play as a princess! I'm so excited! I started to practice my lines right away, but a part of me was nervous, what if I messed up that would ruin the whole show! My mom came in the room and told me "Lavender you will be awesome at you play believe in yourself!" said mom. I agreed. I realized that I don't have to be perfect.

Hi it's me Lavender! It's the next day and I'm so nervous! It's 3 more days until the play! I'm trying to sneak this notebook into school. I hope I don't get caught! I'm in the car right now and I don't think the driver knows that I have my notebook. If my parents figure out, I would get grounded and not be able to go to the play! So I have to keep this secret. This is only between me and you ok? Oh we are here at my school! I'll draw a drawing of my school, so you can see it too!

       Chapter 2

                 The Goblin

I'm in Drama class practices lines with my class, but then suddenly I see a troll or a goblin waving at me. I wasn't sure what to do, but it was almost recess and when I go outside I have to follow that Goblin! The bell rang ( that meant it was recess) I ran outside and I tried to find that goblin but he wasn't there! I looked everywhere, but I couldn't find the goblin! I decided to just play with my friends, Julie and Marie. They are my BFFs! I have been friends with them since we were babies! I was still wondering about that goblin. I felt like I needed to know something from that goblin.

I went home wondering and thinking about the goblin, but I can't think about that I have to focus on my play. At dinner I looked distracted. " Lavender are you ok? You look distracted," mom asked. I didn't hear my mom all I hear was the goblin saying "come," to me. My repeated herself and said " Lavender are you even listening to me?". " O-oh sorry mom I wasn't listening," I said. I pretended to eat my dinner. I asked to be excused. I walked to the bathroom, making sure that none of my family members saw me quickly run upstairs. I ran to my room and quietly closed the door. I had a idea, I got my pink sticky notes and and wrote down the place I saw the goblin. I wrote "School" on one

sticky note. I told myself "I need to write down every place I see this goblin!". Suddenly, my mom walked into my room. She told me that dinner was practically over the only ones eating were my dad and Liam. Then she said "Lavender I noticed you seem different at dinner, is everything ok?". I just nodded. "Ok," said my mom. My mom left the room. I was trying not to look like I had a secret. I was still thinking if I should tell my parents, but they might think I'm crazy so I kept quiet. I looked at my calendar and I just remembered tomorrow after school I have to do a speech at our castle. Yes, I might know what you're thinking, " You don't live in the castle?!" well yes I don't,

I live in a house or as my other classmates say "mansion" in the mountains. It has 4 bedrooms, 4 guest bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, living room, library, swimming pool, a party area, backyard and the garage. Back to tomorrow, I have a speech at the castle and I have to wear my pretty purple dress! It takes each of us 1 hour for Me, Lily and Liam and 2 hours for my mom and dad, since they are the Queen and King. Oh! I just realized something! Maybe tomorrow I will see the goblin! We will have to wait until tomorrow then.
