Who is Lester B. Pearson?

Lester B. Pearson was a man of many achievements and was of value not only to Canada but to the rest of the world. Lester was born on April 23rd in Newtonbrook but grew up up in Aurora, Ontario. Lester enlisted to fight in WW1 as a medical corps in Grease fighting the Bulgarians and transferred to the Royal Flying Corps before getting hit by a bus. After that Lester attended UofT and later became a history professor. He joined the Canadian Foreign Service in 1928 to support his family, he later became secretary of state for external affairs.
