Squamish is a small coastal city in British Columbia. The town was founded during the construction of the Pacific Great Eastern Railway in the 1910s. Known for its world class outdoor activities Squamish is one of a kind.

5 interesting places to visit in or near Squamish BC 

One intresting place to visit while in Squaish would be the Sea to Sky Gondola. This is a gondala that takes you all the way up to one of the mountains just outside Squamish where you can walk across huge suspended bridges and go to lookouts taking in the view from so high up.  The Sea to Sky Gondola is located at 36800 Highway 99 just south of downtown.
