There once lived a dog named Barley. Barley lived in a small house in the countryside with his owner but Barley longed for a change, he longed for a adventure. One night Barley decided to do what he longed to do, go on a adventure so he snuck out at midnight and off he went. At first Barley was questioning if he was doing the right thing by going on this adventure but he knew he was waiting for this

all his life so he didn't look back but kept going. After a while of walking and walking and more walking he finally made it to a deep forest. At first Barley was hesitating to go explore the creepy forest but he did, despite his doggy brain telling him not to. In the forest  met a pack of wolves but, freindly wolves. ''hi'' barked the grey wolf. ''oh hi'' replied Barley letting out a soft woof. ''I see your not from around here'' snarled the Beta of the pack. ''Relax'' roared the Alpha he's just a dog he means no harm.

''sorry about that'' exclaimed the Alpha. ''No problem said Barley feeling a bit reassured by the Alpha's words. Barley stayed for a while learning how to hunt and lots more. ''Well I better get going'' barked Barley. ''Suit yourself but remember your always welcome to visit our pack'' said the Alpha. ''I will'' replied Barley and padded off into the distance. Barley eventually got home and was happy that he finally had someone to play with.                                                                                                                                     You see Barley was a house dog but the wild was always in his heart and just a few miles away.

Maple and the fox 

In a small house near the forest there lived a tall cat named Maple. Maple lived with her owners Mrs Nelson and Mr Nelson. Maple was a very talkative cat and she would often bore her neighbours, Molly and Sasha. Molly was a small ragdoll cat who was very boring and Sasha was an old sphinx cat who always told very interesting stories. One day Maple decided to go out and explore the forest. Maple packed everything she would need in her little cat bag but realized that she left her favourite toy

with catnip at Sasha's house. Maple knocked on Sasha's catflap. ''Is anyone home? I think I forgot my toy.''shouted Maple. A small head poked through the catflap. ''Come in dear'' said sasha. ''Hi Sasha. I think i left my toy at your house'' exclaimed Maple. Sasha gave Maple the toy. ''Why are you wearing your cat bag are you going some were?''asked Sasha. ''Yes. I am going to explore the forest''replied Maple.''Well be carefull'' said Sasha. ''I will'' shouted Maple. Maple put her toy in her bag and set of. She met lots of new animals like an owl called Hooter and a dog named Coco who 

 lived in a small cabin in the forest. Maple then noticed a small red tail behind a bush. She went closer to take a look and she noticed a small fox. ''H-hi'' said Maple. ''Well hello there'' said the fox. D_do you know were i could get some water''asked Maple. ''Yes there is a pond not far from here'' said the fox. When they arrived at the pond Maple took a quick drink. Suddenly a wolf sprang in front of them. ''You are on my territory''shouted the wolf. Maple was so scared she immediately ran towards her house. She arrived at her house tired. ''adventures are not for me''maple sighed.THE END!
