DAY 29
It's Monday again.. I really hate the idea of starting this stressful week. I have several exams and things to prepare for. It is the first day but I am really tired.
Situation: I know I started the week a bit off with my negative mentality but you can't blame me because it is too heavy.

Okay, first things first, let's get the morning class done and later well review for the midterms tomorrow.
Outcome: I get the lesson done, and I do the chores; after that, I review and read a lot to prepare for tomorrow.
DAY 30

So this is the day, after having a class at 7AM. We are going to take our midterms at 11AM. I feel so nervous.
Situation: The test is a bit hard and we are pressured by time, we don't know that the 2nd part of the midterm is oral recitation and we are all in shocked and confused.

I didn't know if I get the items right, I was really pressured by time, and the oral recitation did not flow as exactly as we expected. I am really disappointed with myself for today's job.
Outcome: I am sad, and the exam actually drained me so much.. I sleep afterward and that is my coping mechanism.
DAY 31

I have no classes for today but I feel like I don't deserve to take a rest for what had happened yesterday and I still have a lot of pending activities to be done.
Situation: I am torn on doing my pending activities or just resting for today, but a part inside of e saying that I must do such things.

I open my LMS and do two of the pending activities and readings, and I almost forgot that we would have an exam tomorrow in a different course, so I took a review.
Outcome: I feel productive and I also reviewed for tomorrow, I hope I would get a nice score compared to the midterms yesterday.
DAY 32

Okay, let's get ready and eat lunch early for my exam at 1PM.
Situation: Today is my exam in SPED. I am kinda relax compared on Tuesday's exam. I pray to get a high score because I knew I prepared so much for this.

To cheat?
Or not to cheat?
Outcome: Ofcourse, it is innate in humans to have temptations and it happened during our exam but as a Values Educator, it is my duty to exemplify honesty all the time. I got a high grade and I am happy about that because I know I deserve that!
DAY 33

Four stressful days had passed and I think I deserve to take a break...
Situation: My friends invited me to watch the sunset in the bay near their house, I went, and we talked about how stressful the days had passed.
