Num dia de muita escuridão e tristeza, depois de uma enorme luta contra a guerra, a Morte e a sua íbis encontram um grupo de migrantes onde se podem integrar...

On a very dark and sad day, after a huge fight against the war, Death and his ibis find a group of migrants where they can integrate...

...pedindo, com esperança, que acolham com amor.

...asking, with hope, that they welcome them with love.

Eles foram atenciosos e aceitaram de braços abertos o pedido que lhes foi feito. Na busca de um novo lar, eles páram em vários sítios para se alimentarem e descansarem.

They were thoughtful and accepted with open arms the request made of them. In their search for a new home, they stop at various places to feed and rest.

Numa repleta escuridão, eles encontram uma possibilidade de encontrar um lar; porém faltava, ainda, passar a última barreira: o mar.

E, quando se aproximam dele, um frágil barco espera-os. Uma vez mais, têm de enfrentar um novo desafio: o mar revolto não poupa aquele barquinho e o naufrágio é inevitável.  

Quando chegam a terra firme, tinham perdido os seus poucos pertences e...nem todos tinham sobrevivido! A Morte conseguira finalmente a sua recompensa.

A despedida foi difícil, a dor era muito, mas era necessário continuar, os seus filhos precisavam de um novo lar, de paz, de esperança.

In the full darkness, they find a possibility of finding a home; but they still had to cross the last barrier: the sea.

And when they approach it, a fragile boat awaits them. Once again they have to face a new challenge: the rough sea does not spare the little boat and sinking is inevitable.  

When they reach dry land, they have lost their few belongings and... not all of them have survived! Death had finally got his reward.

The farewell was difficult, the pain was great, but it was necessary to continue, their children needed a new home, peace, hope.

Apenas com fé e esperança, esperar que tudo possa melhorar, continuando o seu caminho.

Finalmente, são acolhidos por uma luz que lhes traz a esperança de reconstruir  uma vida melhor e mais segura.

Only with faith and hope, hope that everything can get better, continuing on their way.

Finally, they are welcomed by a light that brings them the hope of rebuilding a better and safer life.
