Once upon a time, there was a boy called Sam who only liked eating fruit!

Μια φορά και ένα καιρό ήταν ο Σαμ που του άρεσε να τρώει μόνο φρούτα

the problem is that he only ate bananas, cherries, watermelons and pineapples!

Πιο συγκεκριμένα έτρωγε μόνο μπανάνες, καρπούζια και ανανάδες

and since he didn't eat anything else, a beautiful fairy turned him into a Fruitboy!

Επειδή δεν έτρωγε τίποτε άλλο, μια νεράιδα τον μεταμόρφωσε σε φρουτάνθρωπο

He ran to look at himself in the mirror

- Oh! What happened to me?

- Oh! My head... Oh! My arms... Oh! My legs... Oh! My body...

Sam started to cry....

Él corrió a mirarse ante el espejo.

- ¡Oh! ¿Qué me ha pasado?

- ¡Oh! Mi cabeza... ¡Oh! Mis brazos... ¡Oh! Mis piernas... ¡Oh! Mi cuerpo...

Sam empezó a llorar...

She answered: - You must learn to eat healthily.

- But I eat fruit!- he answered.

- You must eat every different types of food. 

Sam rogó al hada que lo volviese a convertir en niño. 

Ella contestó: - Debes aprender a comer saludable.

- ¡Pero si como fruta!- él contestó.

- Debes comer todo tipo de alimentos.

- No te volveré a convertir en niño hasta que no te alimentes bien - dijo el hada.

Sam came back to school, his classmates didn´t recognise him. They said:

- Sam your head is a pineapple!

- Sam your arms are bananas!

- Sam your body is a watermelon!

- Sam your legs are cherries!

Sam volvió al colegio, sus compañeros no le reconocieron. Ellos dijeron:

- ¡Sam tu cabeza es una piña!

- ¡Sam tus brazos son plátanos!

- ¡Sam tu cuerpo es una sandía!

- ¡Sam tus piernas son cerezas!

Sam told to his classmates what happened with the fairy.

His classmates wanted to help Sam, and explained to him about the food pyramid and the Harvard plate.

Sam explicó a sus compañeros lo que pasó con el hada.

Sus compañeros quisieron ayudar a Sam, y le explicaron la pirámide alimenticia y el plato de Harvard.

Sam went home after school.
His mother was waiting with food..

-Mom, I decided to eat healthy food. Not only fruits anymore!

Ο Σαμ επέστρεψε σπίτι μετά το σχολείο. Η μαμά του τον περίμενε να φάει..

- Μαμά, αποφάσισα να τρώω σωστά. Όχι μόνο φρούτα πια!

Sam postered the food pyramid and the Harvard plate on the fridge.

We decided to eat healthy and become a boy again!

Ο Σαμ κόλλησε στο ψυγείο την τροφική πυραμίδα και το πιάτο υγιεινής διατροφής.

Ήταν αποφασισμένος να τρώει υγιεινά και να μετατραπεί ξανά σε αγόρι!

Days passed, Sam ate healthily, but the fairy didn't appear... Sam was getting worried...

Οι μέρες περνούσαν, ο Σαμ έτρωγε υγιεινά, αλλά η νεράιδα δεν εμφανιζόταν... Ο Σαμ είχε αρχίσει να ανησυχεί...

Time passed, Sam was discouraged but he continued with perseverance eating in a healthy way. 

The Harvard plate was always his favourite example.

Il tempo passava, Sam era scoraggiato ma continuava con perseveranza a nutrirsi in modo sano. 

Il piatto di Harvard era sempre il suo modello preferito.

Happy birthday Sam!

The day of his birthday Sam received a nice surprice: the beautiful fairy appeared to him, she congratulated Sam for his perseverance and finally she transformed him into a boy.

Il giorno del suo compleanno Sam ebbe una bella sorpresa: la bella fatina gli apparve e si complimentò con Sam per la sua perseveranza e finalmente lo trasformò nuovamente in un bambino.

Since that day Sam has been a happy boy.

Da quel giorno Sam fu un bambino felice.
