First peel and boil the potatoes.Then chop lettuce cucumbers pickles and onion.After that squeeze the lemon and mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl.Finally add oil,salt,chili pepper and serve it.ENJOY YOUR MEAL:)

To make rice pudding,first wash the rice and put it on fire with water.Boil the rice until the rice extends,add cold milk. Mix 1-2 times and allow to boil.Cook for 10 minutes with occasional stirring. Add sugar , mix and boil 1-2 minutes more.Divide the rice pudding into bowls.Bon appetit

Process of preparing 'cacık'
First, peel and chop the cucumbers. Put them in a bowl. Second, add yoghurt in the bowl and mix them. Next, pour cold water slowly and stir them. After that, add garlic and salt and stir again. Finally, add fresh mint and it is ready. Serve it cold! Enjoy it!
Cauliflower Cake
Ingredients:
400 grams cauliflower 2 glasses flour Half a glass of olive oil
3 eggs 1 teaspoon salt
2 glasses yoghurt 1 packet of baking powder
Process: First chop the couliflower and boil them in pot for 10 minutes and drain them. Second crack the eggs in bowl and whisk them. Then add oil, yoghurt, flour, salt, baking powder and whisk a little more. After that pour the mixture into baking tray and cook it at 180 degree for 30 minutes. Finally let it cool down for a few minutes. Bon appetite.

First,pour 2 cups of flour into a deep bowl,crack 2 eggs,add a cup of water and knead it and add 1 table spoon of salt.
Second,spread the dough with a rolling pin and cut the dough into a shape of square.
Ingreadients of minced meat:250 gr minced meat,an onion,some black pepper and hot pepper,salt.
Then ,knead the mixture and put the minced meat into the dough.Next,boil ravioli in hot water.After that,strain it.
Finally,mix 5 tablespoons of yogurt and 1 clove of garlic.Fry 1 table spoon of tomato paste,a table spoon of butter a a little minced meat and pour the sauce on your meal.

500 grams of minced meat

An egg
A teaspoon black pepper
A teaspoon of red pepper flakes

Two teaspoon of salt
THE PROCESS
First, put the minced meat in a large bowl. Second, peel and chop the garlic. Add the chopped garlic to the mince. Next, peel and chop the onion. Add the chopped onions into the bowl. Then, crack the egg into it. Add the bread crumbs. After that, add the spices and salt. Knead the mixture. Shape the mixture into small balls. Finally, grill the meatballs until they get dark brown about 15 minutes.
It goes well with a glass of ayran. Enjoy it!

First, peel and chop garlic. Second, add oil and chopped garlic into a pot and fry the garlic. Then, pour the water and add sour tarhana. After that, sprinkle salt and stir constantly until it boils. Finally, let it boil two minutes and serve hot. Enjoy it.

-1kg Hamsi(Anchovies)
-Oil
-2cups of corn flour
-Some salt
How to make:
First clean the anchovies and then wash them well and set aside.Sprinkle some salt on them.Then pour corn flour and coat the anchovies well.
Next heat some oil in a frying pan(or double side frying pan)
After that line up anchovies in the pan and fry it for 3-4 minutes until it is brown and turn anchovies and fry the other side.
Finally put fried anchovies on a plate and squueze some lemon on it .

First,we crack two eggs in a bowl and add sugar in it

Next,we mix them again.

After that,we shape the dough round and put it on the tray.
Finally,Bake the cookies for about 15-20 minutes, or until the tops of the cookies are still soft with golden brown. Remove from oven and transfer the cookies to cool.

Then, peel potatoes and slice them. Fry the potatoes and meatballs and put them on the baking sheet.
After that, heat some oil and add tomato paste into the pan. Pour this mixture on meatballs and potatoes.
Finally, bake potatoes and meatballs in the oven. Serve it warm.

Second add the ravioli to chicken broth and cook it about 10 minutes.
Next add the boiled chicpeas into the pot and stir it.
Then get ready the yoghurt souce with garlic, salt and yoghurt.
After that melt some butter in a soucepan and add red pepper and tomato paste.
Finally put ravolies with chickpeas into a plate, add yoghurt and pepper souce on it. Serve warm. Enjoy it.

Next sprinkle some salt in to the water. Then pour the noodles in to the boiled water. You should stir it after a while. Cook it about 8 or 10 minutes
After than drain it carefully.
Melt the butter in a saucepan

First put the flour, egg,salt and water into a large bowl and knead the dough for about 10 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
Second roll the dough out with a rolling pin as thin as you can.
Then cut the dough into small squares and put a little filling into the middle of each square.
Next fold the opposite corners and get a triangle.It looks something like a boat.
After that pour the water into a large pot and boil it. Add some salt and the dumplings.
Cook the mantı for 20-25 minutes. Then drain well.
Sprinkle some crushed walnut onto the plate and pour the dumplings. Then sprinkle crushed walnuts over the dumplings.
Finally melt butter and spread it over the walnuts.

Steps:
First, rinse cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce, peppers and lemons. Second, drain the cans of corn and Tuna Fish. Put them into a large bowl.Then, peel the cucumbers and dice them. Chop the peppers and the leaves of lettuce. Cut the tomatoes into halves. Next, put all of them into the bowl. Stir the mixture with a spoon. After that, squeeze two lemons and pour it into the mixture. Add olive oil and salt to the salad. Finally, your salad is ready. Enjoy your meal.

First, mix coffee and water. Using a teaspoon, mix your finely ground coffee with cold water in a Turkish Coffee pot, gently until well combined. The ratio for
a desired consistency is 1 coffee cup cold water and
2 teaspoons ground coffee. If you want your coffee sweet, add sugar along with coffee and water.
Never add it after your coffee is cooked.

Ingredients for Dough:
2 tsp salt
30 ml water
flour
Ingredients for Filling:
8 potatoes
1 onion
2 tsp salt, black pepper, cumin and chili pepper
1 tbsp tomato paste
oil
-First put flour, water and salt into a bowl and make the dough. Knead it and let it rest for an hour.
-Second, prepare the filling. Boil, peel and mash the potatoes. Chop the onions, fry them for 2 mins.Then add potatoes, tomato paste and spices onto the onions. Mix well and let the mixture cool down for a while.
-Next divide the dough into 5 pieces. Roll the dough thin with the rolling pin. Spread oil on each sheet.
-After that place the filling on the sheets and roll them one by one with your hands. Place them on the baking tray.
-Finally bake it for 45 mins in preheated oven at 200 C. Enjoy it!

Then, take the pan, set the cooker on and put some butter in it.
When the butter melts, put some water in it.
After that, put some salt in it and put some cornstarch slowly. Meanwhile stir the mixture continuously.
Lastly, add some cheese and stir the mixture one more time.
After 2 minutes, kuymak is ready!

First, we must knead the dough. Put the flour, salt, yoghurt, yeast in a large bowl. Add water and knead the dough. Second, boil the potatoes. Let it cool. Then, Chop the onions and parsley. Put the boiled potatoes, chopped onions and parsley in a bowl. Add the species, you can also add various species as you like. Mix them. Next, roll the dough.Put three tablespoons of mixture onto the rolled dough. Fold it. After that, take the pancake in a pre-heated pan, cook it for 3 minutes. First, boil the lentils in a pot with water.
Second, add bulgur when the lentils are cooked well. Wait for a while.
Then, chop the onions and fry them with oil. Add tomato and pepper sauces into the pan. Add the spices like blackpeper, chilli peper, mint.
Later, chop the rinsed lettuce and parsley.
Knead the two mixtures together and add the lettuce and parsley. Don't forget to squeeze some lemon.
You can add sour pomegenarate sauce at the top.
After giving shapes, you can serve it with lettuce.
