This is one of my favorite stories from Greek mythology.
Thus, I thought that a children's version was in order.   I
stray a bit from the original and make Arachne the
protagonist as opposed to the antagonist, but I think this
works just as well.   The story doesn't have a happy ending
but I find this to be okay because in life, there isn't always
a happy ending, and sometimes people with power will
take advantage of those without.
