Jake the Snake was a rich rich snake. This evil snake lived in a big big house. And one day he got an evil evil scheme.

2
“The king doesn’t see all I see,” said Jake the Snake, “and everyone one should see like me.”

3

” So he went to the castle and stood on the first floor. He raised his voice to a loud roar. “Animals of the animal kingdom, as you can see, there are some problems in our street. The king doesn’t see all I see and, I know you all see like me. So follow me and I will look out for animals like you and me.”
4
Now the people agreed, and they understood the need. So they followed him to the second floor not realizing his greed.

5

Jake spoke and spoke about the problems in this land, and he knew the animals would understand. “The king doesn’t know, and the king needs to go. I have new ideas that will help this kingdom grow.”
6
Eager to listen, and ready to learn, the people weren’t ready for his mind to turn.

7

They reached the third floor and he gave a mighty speech. “The birds need to go, every morning they screech. They wake me up with a headache, an earache, and a stomach ache which lasts all day long. They do evil things and I don’t know what’s wrong. It’s time to send them back till we figure out what’s going on.”
8
The animals grew angry at his idea. This would hurt their bird friends like John, Jackson, Rachel, and Rhea. Some people left the kingdom so they didn’t have to listen to Jake. “They don’t know what a new kingdom will take,” sneered Jake. “they have no idea what’s at stake. It’s time to go to the fourth floor. The animals are begging for more.”

9

To the fourth floor they went and to the animals’ surprise, they heard what could lead to the kingdom’s demise. “I don’t like the rabbits with their big dumb ears, and all their holes are bringing me to tears. So a moat we will build around the kingdom, so no more rabbits are allowed to come.”
10

They screamed and howled at Jake. They knew their friends’ houses were at stake. So more animals packed up because of Jake.
11

By the fifth floor most people were mad, they didn’t think he could get this bad. “These new animals keep coming down, they are going to ruin our perfectly good town. I have some good news I would like to share. I want to get rid of the elephants, the groundhogs, and the hares, the moles, the lions, and the bears.” Jake thought these ideas would would make him king in no time. He didn’t realize that all the people thought he was slime.
12

When he got to the sixth floor he thought he knew, what all the people wanted to do. But as it turned out it was just him and Carl the Cockatoo. Jack got upset and screamed that this kingdom was dyin’, when out stepped King Leo the Lion.
