There are many things in and on your body that can protect you. One would be Nonspecific defences. These include skin, mucous, and others like nails.

Next we have specific defense. Specific defense is your immune system. Your immune system helps to fight off any type of infections using proteins.

Another defense your bady had would be nose hair. Yes, you ready that correctly, no hair! It works almost the same way as mucous. It catches harmful you breathe and trpas them so they cannot get into your body.
