Mark, the Cuban Shark was sad

Why was Mark sad, you ask?

Why can't they win?!

Mark's home team, the sea-enemies would always lose

Mark was finally fed up and decided to make his own team!

I'll call them the Sea-Horses(sea-Mavericks)!

Mark, Knowing that all good teams need to have a good market, spent his money on a giant stadium!

How did mark pay for this? He financed it! A friend of his loaned him to the money until he can make that same amount back! This means he borrowed money from a friend and agreed to give him that money back when he makes a profit

Now that Mark has the stadium, he will generate extra money from sales, profit! But how? He first has to make product to sell, of course

I'll create jerseys to sell and hire employees to help sell the products!

Good thing this was not a Command Market! If this was, Mark would not have a say on production and sales of his products such as jerseys! This would all be run by the Government. Mark is living in what is known as a FREE Market! He can sell to the buyers demand!

The jersey production did not come without the importance of employees, of course. Mark, the Cuban shark, owner of the Sea-Mavericks, decided to hire and attract employees for work

Now that he had employees, people who work for his company, Mark needed better management for his company. He decided to hire a Marketing director to help lead his company! This person would determine sales and handles all of the sales and advertising of Mark's team!
