The brain and how it works:
The brain is only 3 pounds but can hold lots of information from the billions of nerve cells that it contains. Nerve cells in your brain are what make you receive information and have fast reactions, they even contribute to your emotions.

Did you know that every time you have a memory you are making a new connection in the brain?

Brain development:
As you grow the brain develops. According to Erik Erikson your brain goes through different stages, such as when you are a baby and learn how to talk.

During stages of development you come to realize situations where you need to make a decision. But how are you going to make your decision? Some people decide to make no decision which allows others to make the decision for you. Others may decide to take the easy way out by making a snap decision which is a really quick decision that's usually not thought through. The best way to decide on something is to make a responsible decision where you think of others and the affects of the decisions you make.
