Sam, Sally, and Simon are siblings. Simon is younger than Sam and Sally but he loves to play with them. One summer day, the three siblings are playing tag together in the park down the street from where they live. Their parents are not with them.
"Oh, Gotcha!" Sally yelled at Sam when she tagged him. Simon has asthma and is slower than his brother and sister but still enjoys playing with them even if he has to slow down once in a while.

But when Simon stops to catch his breath and take a puff from his inhaler to help him breathe he can't find it. He must have left it at home!

Simon sits down on the grass and Sam and Sally see that he is having trouble breathing. They walk over to see if he is okay. Through struggled breaths, Simon told them that he forgot his inhaler and he thinks he's having an asthma attack. Luckily Sally knew what to do in this situation.
