On this Sunday night I feel so happy I get to start school tomorrow. My backpack is packed with pencils, crayons, and notebooks. I also really hope my friends are in the same class as me. 

It is the next morning and today I start school. I feel so nervous and I wonder who is going to be my fourth grade teacher?

I walked in and sat at the desk that had my name tag. "Elizabeth Chavez"

As soon as everyone was seated the teacher began the class by introducing herself. She said, "Hello class I am Ms.Angel your fourth grade teacher."

We then wrote down our names and what we had done over summer. I looked around and noticed my friends were in the same class. I could not wait for recess to begin so I can play with them.  

The bell rang. It was recess time. Finally! My friends and I wanted to play soccer when we run into another class playing in the soccer field.

My friend came towards them and asked kindly, "Hey can we play with you guys?" One of the kids then said " Yeah let's beat the Spanish kids." 

We played soccer and It was a friendly match. The bell then rang which meant recess was over and we needed to return to class. We ended up as a tie but we had so much fun.
