CHAPTER 1

Sleepover

Hi, I’m Adam! One day, I asked my mom Cinder:

“Mom, can I visit and sleepover at Fred’s?”

“Sure!” my mom replied.

So, I packed up my toothbrush, blanket, pillow, toys, iPad, and finally a book and a Jenga block.

Then my mom drove me to my friend’s house.

I slept. Something woke me up.

I took a peek at the backyard. No one.

Oh well, maybe it was a dream.

But, one more time that sound came. That sound went

ROOF again ROOF the sound grew louder and louder

ROOOF.

I saw nothing was out then it was freaking me out.

But Fred was sleeping caaaaalmly. Then I saw something.

It was a portal it grabbed me in aaaaah!! And I was in a

completely different place. I saw 800 people in the

unknown city, and I asked someone,

“What’s this city’s name?”

And that man said, “This city’s name is Sora.”

Sora?  I questioned myself. I explored the city and after one year I got used to the city. And I got used to the food, drinks, and all that stuff.

In 3 days I didn't get used to all the stuff it was bitter.

Then at night, a monster - a really dangerous monster -appeared.

OH!

I said to myself, “This is dangerous!”

Then after five years…

Wait, did I tell you my age? Nope.

My age is 15 years old. When I was in Sora, I was 13 years old so there were no normal schools, there were extraordinary schools. I joined a school called Frank.

Wait, was it called Frank or Soma?

No, it was Soma. They teach fighting. I wasn’t doing good at fighting, so… 

they kicked me out. 

The perfect school was only after eight years and the school’s name was Fen. They teach English. I am very good at English.

Many years later, another portal came. It grabbed me in (I sure got a lot of injuries) and then the world was filled with people. 

It was very busy – there were 500 shops!

Each May 1st, they sold 5 carrots and I knew this. After 5 years, in New Year, they sold 50 fire works and cakes all around the world.

Then 50 years later, on May 30th, another portal came and took me to Sora again!
