"Mom, can you play with me?" Serenity asked. "Not right now, sweetie. I've got a lot on my plate."
Serenity was feeling sad because she had no one to play with. She decided to have a tea party with her dolls, lining them up around the table and giving each a cookie and some tea.
Then she sat down, pretending to eat her cookie and drink her tea. However, she soon got tired as she had no one to talk to or play with. Just then, Serenity and her pet dog, Cleo, entered the room.
All of a sudden, Serenity had a bright idea. She got up and headed to the bathroom. Once there, she turned on the tap and poured bubble baths into the tub.
Then she hurried back outside to retrieve Chloe. Serenity held onto Chloe's collar and took her into the bathroom.
Chloe saw the soap bubbles and heard the water running in the tub, and she tried to escape.
"Come on, Chloe, I'm not going to hurt you," Serenity said.
But Chloe didn't want a bath. She kept trying to get away, but Serenity held on to her.
They made it to the side of the tub, and Serenity picked up Chloe and plopped her into the water. It was cold and filled with lots of bubbles. Chloe tried to climb out.
Serenity leaned over to hold Chloe steady, and she tumbled into the tub suddenly.
When Serenity's mom saw the dog, she asked, "Why are you all wet?" She was worried about the dog. Chloe, the dog, dashed out excitedly and headed into the living room, leaving a water trail behind her.
