I have learned that disability is any restriction or lack of, resulting from an impairment, of ability to perform any activity in the manner or within the range considered normal for a human being.

I also realized that disabilities aren't always seen by the naked eye. People with disabilities aren't only those who are using wheelchairs or having dogs and cranes with them as they walk. Some of them have mental conditions we can't even see using our visions.

I was able to reflect that not all people with disabilities are always in need of help. It's insensitive of us to straight up assist them without asking first. It's not good to assume. We need their consent first before we do something.

People with disabilities aren't cursed or punished. They aren't bad people in their past lives that are being taught a lesson today. They are humans just like us. And their situations are either caused by nature or by nurture. It can also be because of genes or other circumstances or experiences.
