Day 1 (Feb 22)
Monday again! It's just the first day of the week but I think I'm already tired as I saw what was yet to come this week. A difficult activity and presentation was listed on the
LMS and we need to work on it as our asynchronous task. I knew it was going to be hard when I saw the instructions. Not going to lie, I kind of panicked because we only have one week to do and pass it even if it requires a lot of effort and hard work.
Day 2 (Feb 23)
It's Tuesday. I started to find the material assigned for my presentation. I asked some of my classmates if they have the whole copy of the book and I'm glad they have access to it so I started to read it for me to be able to prepare earlier. I really believe this task will consume a lot of my hours so I decided to really start as soon as possible so I won't get to procrastinate. I don't want to get drained.
Day 3 (Feb 24)
Wednesday, supposed to be a free day
for us since we have no synchronous classes but as usual we have lots of things to do. I read the article about Rizal being the Filipino Hero. It has 24 pages and it took me a few hours to digest everything. It's my topic for my presentation in our subject Philippine Culture and Society. The
material is interesting and gives a lot of knowledge but at the same time it's
heavy on the brain too. I hope I can
understand everything.
Day 4 (Feb 25)
It's Thursday and it's supposed to be a holiday because it's People Power anniversary but then again I have so many academics-related stuff to do. I worked on my PPT for the Pecha Kucha Presentation for Contemporary Family Life. It's challenging because we have a time-limit for each slide which is 20 seconds and you can only put pictures there, not many texts or words. It's not the usual presentation I'm used to so I'm really having difficulties preparing
for this one.
