This book is dedicated to everyone. I wrote it to encourage people to be giving and generous. We all can bring happiness to others.

There once was a rainbow octopus named C who lived in a deep dark ocean. He had rainbow crystals all over him, and he was the most mesmerizing creature in the sea. C made the sea very colorful, and he was very proud of himself. However, he didn't care about anyone.

One day, C met his friend Crabby. Crabby begged for a crystal on C's tentacles, but C said, "No" and dashed away.

A lot of other sea animals also asked C for his crystals, but he refused. He was delighted that he didn't give his crystals away because he wanted to be the most beautiful animal. He thought only beauty could make him happy.
All the sea animals were secretly planning for C's surprise birthday party. Although he refused to give his crystals away, they still treated him nicely.

Come with me. I have something special to show you. I promise I won't take your crystals.
Are you sure? Okay, I will follow you!

"Surprise! Happy birthday, C!" shouted the animals.
"Thank you, everybody! It is so thoughtful of you all. I love the party so much," C replied ecstatically.

He felt over the moon after his party, and he wanted to give his friends something very special in return. What would that be? They were his crystals!

When he gave his crystals away, he felt euphoric. C learned that giving is better than receiving, and he finally understood the true meaning of happiness.
