One day, while Jimmy and Billy were playing at the beach together, Jimmy decided he wanted to play with Billy's car. 

"Hey can I have a turn?" 

"No. I am playing with it right now." 

"Please" asked Jimmy. 

"No." Suddenly Jimmy reached out and tried to take the car, but before he could, Billy hit him right in the head.

"Ouchhhhh." Jimmy cried. "Why did you do that? That was assault."

"You tried to take my car."

When the two boys finally made it back to Jimmy's house, they told Jimmy's mom what had happened. "Billy, why did you hit him? That wasn't very nice." Jimmy's mom said.

"Well, he hit me first."

"No I didn't mom. He is lying."

"So you assaulted Jimmy and now you are making a defamation? That isn't like you Billy. I think I am going to have to talk to your parents.

When Jimmy's mom arrived to Billy's house, she told them everything Jimmy had told her.

"I am very upset by this situation and I think it needs to be handled immediately. If you need any evidence to prove this, Jimmy has a black eye."

"We are very sorry. What would you like for us to do?"

"Well, because of the battery and negligence from Billy, I would like a damage from your family.
