Generation Z or also known as postmillennials recognize a group of people born in the late 1990s to the early 2000s.

They are characterized because they are very entrepreneurial, learn quickly and are creative.

Are leaders in new profesional opportunities, taking advantage of a very changing labor market since they adapt to the environment very easily.
